Sprung Spring on CottonPop
We live on 29 acres in the woods of Maine. We have quite a few gardens around our home that burst with color in the spring. One spring morning I was walking around just as the color started to erupt from the buds and I was amazed at how many there were this one morning. It was staggering. I took some photos, hopped into the studio and Sprung Spring was born.
Individually handpainted on my *NEW* CottonPop base here in Maine. I’m SO excited to have CottonPop added to my bases. It’s become one of my favorites. Such an awesome blend, great drape, a great choice for a little extra warmth in warmer climates. I can’t wait to knit up a lightweight sweater with this yarn for spring time. (Now I just have to pick which color!)
Sport Weight. 320 yards. 50% US Merino Wool, 25% Cotton, 15% Linen and 10% SIlk.
