Jules on CottonPop
When my son, Jax, was born my cousin (Julie) made an awesome little quilt. It's the perfect size, warm - yet thin so I can fold it up and easily pop it in the pocket of my bag. It's my favorite. AND I LOVE the colors! They aren't "baby" blue or pink. They're an awesome combo of white, gray, gold, light turquoise and a little light blue. (Okay, so maybe there's a little baby blue in it.) I just had to make a yarn to match.
Individually handpainted on my *NEW* CottonPop base here in Maine. I’m SO excited to have CottonPop added to my bases. It’s become one of my favorites. Such an awesome blend, great drape, a great choice for a little extra warmth in warmer climates. I can’t wait to knit up a lightweight sweater with this yarn for spring time. (Now I just have to pick which color!)
